Our newly built fully air conditioned luxury villa completed in 2007, is ideally situated with easy access to Clarke and Bee Ridge, only minutes from large shopping malls and white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast. Sarasota is the cultural centre of South West Florida, so if you like the art's you will find plenty to choose from. The wildlife is wonderful and for those of you who like golf there are plenty of courses to choose from. After a restful day soaking up the sun, playing golf, fishing or taking in the many sights and attractions there are plenty of restaurants for you to sample.
You will find our home benefits from high quality furnishings throughout, comprising master bedroom with a king size bed, walk in closets and en-suite bathroom which has twin vanity units, corner bath, a fully tiled Roman walk in shower and a toilet. The second bedroom consisting of a queen size bed also has an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom also has a queen size bed and the fourth bedroom has twin beds. Situated between these bedrooms is a further full bathroom.
The kitchen area which is fully equipped has a table and four chairs, a further four stools are situated at the granite breakfast bar/counter top. A separate utility room has a washer and dryer. The formal dining area has a beautiful glass topped table and seating for six.
The open planned lounge area has a large sectional settee, Florida chair and entertainment centre with LCD television. Guests can also enjoy high speed internet access.
Patio doors lead to the pool and lanai at the rear of the property which is furnished with table, chairs and poolside loungers for alfresco dining.
