River Pointe Villa is comfortably furnished to high standards and air-conditioned throughout. The spacious, tiled, open-plan lounge is equipped with cable TV, VCR, DVD/CD player and has french doors leading to the pool area. To the other side of the lounge is a carpeted formal dining area, with seating for 6.

The large kitchen/informal dining (seating for 4) is located at the side of the house. It contains all of the modern appliances that you will need during your stay. Baby equipment available includes: travel cot, sterilizer, monitors, and baby seat/hgihchair. Off of the kitchen is the laundry room with both washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has cable TV, an en-suite bathroom, a french door that open onto the pool area, and a superb lake view. The en-suite has a corner bath, a shower stall and 2 large vanity units. The other 3 bedrooms include: 1 double room with cable TV, and 2 twin rooms.

Set on a lake abundant in wildlife, the views from the pool and house are stunning. The pool area overlooks a beautiful, established lake with abundant wildlife. It is not uncommon to see turtles sunning themselves on the bank, flamingos looking for food, and cranes diving down to catch some fish. The pool area itself is fully screened and has a covered lanai. There is seating for 6 as well as 4 reclining sunloungers.

Guests can also enjoy high-speed internet access free-of-charge. You can connect wirelessly - great for surfing the net on the patio overlooking the lake! We also have a wire connection point in the kitchen, should you prefer.
