The expansive plantings provides beautiful secluded views of the lake and its abundant wildlife from the backyard courtyard, pool, and main living areas. Blue Heron, Ibis, Egrets, and Roseate Spoonbills are just a few of the birds that make daily appearances on our shores, while turtles, ducks, and squirrels come out to feed just beyond the pool area each evening on the wide expanse of lawn protected under towering moss-hung oaks.
The interior of the home is light-filled and cheerfully painted in bold hues. The comfortable living area has laminate-wood floors with bright woven carpets and art from around the world. Entertainment is available from the stereo CD player and Cable TV with VCR/DVD player. There is bar seating with four stools near the cedar dining area overlooking the pool. The kitchen has new appliances, and every dish and service you will need for dinners in or outside on the patio. The laundry area with washer and dryer is conveniently located just off the kitchen.
In the master bedroom, you'll find a plush king-sized bed, a walk- in closet, Cable TV, and an en-suite bath with shower. A small office area overlooking the pool is the perfect place to use the high-speed wireless Internet, or take your laptop to the pool and anywhere in the surrounding garden. A second bedroom in the front of the house has ivory and pale yellow hues with a queen-sized bed and a walk-in closet. Finally, the third bedroom has Florida Beach-themed bedding on a king-sized bed with ample closet and bureau space. The two back bedrooms share the central bath with both tub and shower.
