This superb villa has a large private screened pool area, perfect for watching the glorious sunsets. Fully air conditioned with Wireless Internet and also provides Free Landline phone calls to mainland US and Canada.
The ‘Florida Great Room’ has two large sofas, cable TV with DVD/VCR machine, a spacious dining area and patio doors leading to the pool and lanai area.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom contains a large walk-in shower and separate oval bath. A hairdryer is available for your use.
There is a queen bedroom with views over the pool area, as well as two further bedrooms each containing 2 twin beds. The second bathroom has a bath with shower over. All linens and accessories are included.
There is a baby’s crib and booster chair available for use if required.
The kitchen is fully equipped with range and microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer with automatic ice-maker, washer, dryer and all utensils, cookware and dinner ware. There is also an additional breakfast area with table and chairs.
The pool and lanai area has views of the nearby lake and wildlife and the fully screened sun deck area has sun loungers, table and chairs and a gas barbecue for guests to use. It’s a wonderful sunny spot for relaxing.
We have a set of golf clubs which are available for use if required.

The nearest airport is Sarasota/Bradenton, approx 10 mins drive away.

One of the most popular Gulf Coast attractions is Busch Gardens, this can be reached in about 40 minutes from the villa. Also nearby are Myakka State Park (25 minutes), Ellenton Outlet Mall (10 minutes) and St Armands Circle in Sarasota (15 minutes). Disney World in Orlando is about 90 minutes drive from the villa.

The Sabal Harbour community facilities include a large swimming pool, floodlit tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts as well as a children’s play area, all within a few minutes walk of the villa. Nearby are a wide range of local shops, restaurants and cinemas.
