"To the team at Gulf Villa Rentals, Our family stayed in Heritage Harbour (RS20) at the end of February, along with friends of ours (4 adults and 5 kids all under age 5). I cannot tell you how much we enjoyed staying in the neighborhood and the house. It was so much larger than we had expected, it easily suited our families needs and exceeded our expectations. It was very well equipped (maybe add patio dishes?) and the decor was outstanding (I mean, a flat screen in every bedroom!!) We had no problems whatsoever (except that the pool could have been warmer considering we paid for the heating) and look forward to making Gulf Villa Rentals a big part of our annual Florida vacation. We have spoken to so many friends of ours already and have recommended your company as one to deal with. There are endless possibilities when it comes to renting a house in Florida, but Gulf Villa staff were always professional and accessible. I even had a package shipped to your office before our arrival and Gulf Coast held it for me, no problems at all. We have been to Florida now for 3 years in a row and have been on a few all-inclusive vacations and we can honestly say that this was, hands down, the best vacation we've had and a big part of that was having a wonderful home base to stay at. Thank you again."

We stayed in the Woodridge Oaks property at the end of October with a small group of friends. We were expecting a nice and functional home, but were very impressed with the amenities, quality and cleanliness of the property up and down the line. The pictures on the website do not do this property justice. It is extremely modern, spacious and well decorated with high quality appliances and electronics throughout located in a quiet neighborhood close to everything we wanted. While the pool and spa area are obviously the gem of this unit, the kitchen and Master Suite (including a very large high-end bathroom) are not far behind it. Thanks to all the folks at Gulf Coast Reality who helped us bring this together. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town. Likely the best rental home based on quality, location and value I have rented anywhere

I'd like to let you know that we had a wonderful time on our vacation. The property was absolutely beautiful and I am sure we will never use hotels on future visits. Your staff are to be commended on their professionalism and customer service. Our needs and concerns were addressed efficiently and in a very timely manner. Heather was very, very helpful and went over and above what we expected to make sure our holiday was enjoyable. Kudos as well to the pool maintenance man and groundskeepers who were very courteous and helpful. My family and I just returned from probably our best family vacation ever and your Lake Villa home was a big part of it. Everything about the home was immaculate and perfectly suited for a family that wants to simply relax by a pool in privacy or take in some of the sights, sounds, and scenery of the Gulf Beaches. Even as I quickly looked at the pictures on your web site one more time for the Lake Villa, I almost "teared up" with fond memories of our week down in Florida. This home is huge with all kinds of room to roam for a family of 4. We felt like we were at home immediately in the Villa. Thanks so much for offering such a wonderful venue for travelers to Florida! We stayed here for 1 week after a busy previous 10 days (NYC & Disney). Our mouths dropped when we first walked through the door.... the photos on the web site certainly don't do the house justice. Everything was there as described, and became a true home from home.The house was clean and well equipped we couldn't have asked for more.Thank you for a fantastic week!! We'll certainly be recommending the house to friends and family, and we would definitely love to go back

We have been coming to Florida for years and this was the best experience yet. Gulf Coast really know what they are doing and the house was presented beautifully. My wife is a çleanaphobe'but the house (WO01) was spotless. Thanks again - We will be back!
